Refund policy
Here at Local Lighting, we understand that choosing a light can be a difficult task and the ones you choose may not suit for what you had in mind.
In the event that you do have a change of mind and wish to return items, we can offer an exchange of goods, a credit note (valid 12 months), or a refund. Please see below for terms and conditions.

20% restocking fee
Cost of return to Store
Conditions:
Receipts (physical or digital) are required.
Returned within 14 days from the date of collection/arrival.
Products must be returned unopened, unused and in original condition (e.g. no writing on or damage to the box.)
Items must be returned to store at customer’s expense.
If these requirements are not met, Local Lighting reserves the right not to accept the return.
No Returns for the following:
‘Clearance’ items
‘Display’ items
Custom ‘Made-to-order’ items
‘Special order’ items

Visit us in-store with your item(s) to return and your receipt
