Refund policy

Here at Local Lighting‭, ‬we understand that choosing a light can be a difficult task and the ones you choose may not suit for what you had in mind‭.‬


In the event that you do have a change of mind and wish to return items‭, ‬we can offer an exchange of goods‭, ‬a credit note‭ (‬valid‭ ‬12‭ ‬months‭), ‬or a refund‭. ‬Please see below for terms and conditions‭.‬

 

Fees‭:‬

20%‭ ‬restocking fee

Cost of return to Store


Conditions‭:‬

Receipts‭ (‬physical or digital‭) ‬are required‭.‬

Returned within 14‭ ‬days from the date of collection/arrival‭.‬

Products must be returned unopened‭, ‬unused and in original condition‭ (‬e.g‭. ‬no writing on or damage to the box‭.)‬

Items must be returned to store at customer’s expense‭.‬

If these requirements are not met‭, ‬Local Lighting reserves the right not to accept the return‭.‬

‘Display’‭ ‬items

Custom‭ ‬‘Made-to-order’‭ ‬items

‘Special order’‭ ‬items
