Local Lighting Returns Policy

Here at Local Lighting, we understand that choosing a light can be a difficult task and the ones you choose may not suit for what you had in mind.

In the event that you do have a change of mind we can offer an exchange, credit note (valid for 12 months) or a refund on the items returned to us.

Returning an item will incur some fees.

  • 20% restocking fee
  • Delivery fees (for online orders only)

Conditions

  • Receipts are required.
  • Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Products must be returned unopened, unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned to store at customer’s expense
  • If these requirements are not met, Local Lighting reserves the right not to accept the return

Exclusions

  • No Change of Mind refunds for the following:
    • “Clearance” items
    • Ex-display items
  • No Change of Mind refunds OR Exchanges for the following:
    • Custom “Made-to-order” items
    • “Special order” items

  • Please contact us within 14 days of arrival. We will not cover any damaged products after this duration.
