Local Lighting Returns Policy
Here at Local Lighting, we understand that choosing a light can be a difficult task and the ones you choose may not suit for what you had in mind.
In the event that you do have a change of mind we can offer an exchange, credit note (valid for 12 months) or a refund on the items returned to us.
Returning an item will incur some fees.
- 20% restocking fee
- Delivery fees (for online orders only)
- Receipts are required.
- Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
- Products must be returned unopened, unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned to store at customer’s expense
- If these requirements are not met, Local Lighting reserves the right not to accept the return
- No Change of Mind refunds for the following:
- “Clearance” items
- Ex-display items
- No Change of Mind refunds OR Exchanges for the following:
- Custom “Made-to-order” items
- “Special order” items

- Please contact us within 14 days of arrival. We will not cover any damaged products after this duration.

- Please include your receipt and the name of the product you wish to return
